On May 20, 2008, we joined the Granny Peace Brigade and Code Pink for a “STOP THE WAR, IMPEACH BUSH” Phone-A-Thon. Watch and hear us sing "We Are a Gaggle of Grannies" at http://www.grannypeacebrigade.org/wordpress. Raging Grannies Lillian, Alice, Betty, Susan, Mercy, and Shirley are among those on the video, which is also available at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D46ZlbFtpbs.

On March 20, 2008, we sang the Yippie Cafe in the Yippie Museum as part of the "Water Not Weapons" show.

The events listed below all took place in 2007.

On Christmas Day, we sang on the WBAI-FM Eco-Logic program. We were also interviewed by the host, Ken Gale. The whole broadcast can be downloaded as an mp3 file from WBAI's website.

Some songs from that broadcast were videotaped

A 10-minute video of the Raging Grannies onstage with Pete Seeger at the 2007 Clearwater Festival singing seven songs. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GpdH20tiJPI   This footage was shot on June 17th. We sang with two other gaggles and were accompanied by Pete Seeger on banjo.

A video that includes footage of the Raging Grannies at the Clearwater Festival singing a song about the Indian Point nuclear power plant is at http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=6231559274565687640. We're about 5 minutes/15 seconds into a 19-minute video, starting in the middle of the first verse.

On August 12th we sang at a peace vigil in Amherst, MA, with Raging Grannies from six other states. You can see and hear one song at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=opMngWNu_SI. The song is called "It’s a Sad Old Flag," written by Sunny Armer of The NY Metro Raging Grannies and Their Daughters.

We sing "Sit-in by the Impeachment Tree" and "Halliburton" at the United For Peace and Justice March in New York City on March, 18, 2007. The description of the video is: "Greg Stewart as the Unknown Soldier encounters the Granny Brigade as they have a sing a long of Anti War tunes . . ." Other marchers sing with us, starting at 2:18 of the video. We’re off camera for a few seconds but still audible, back on camera to 4:11.
