The NY Metro Raging Grannies & Their Daughters was started and sponsored by the New York City chapter of Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom (WILPF). The Raging Grannies is an international movement which started in the 1987 in British Columbia Canada. It now has “gaggles” all over the world. We have a myspace page where you can read more about us, see more photos, hear a few songs, and watch a short video.
Where will we sing next?On Monday July 28th at 2:30 PM, the Granny Peace Brigade will be performing and speaking at the 92nd Street Y. We'll be singing a few songs with them. Admission is free. Don't miss this once-in-a-lifetime (probably) event! |
